Q: Is this really free?
A: YES. We are not asking for any credit card information, paypal information etc. This is totally free.

Q: Why are you allowing me to list my Rental for Free?
A: This is a brand new website that we are trying to build to be one of the largest sources available for Vacation Rentals online. Everyone has to start somewhere, and we need to build a large number of properties on our site.

Q: Will my free listing be limited by how many pictures I can have, information about my listing, contact information, etc?
A: No, your listing will have all the bells and whistles. You can have up to 12 photos, write as much as you want about your rental, and allow people to contact you to set up rentals.

Q: Do you plan to eventually charge to be listed on your site?
A: Yes. Eventually our plan is to charge advertisers to list their Vacation Rental on our site. By Listing your Vacation Rental now, not only will your listing be online for free for a while, but you will also receive our 'Lifetime Members' price of up to 90% less than normal prices.

Q: How long will my listing be free for?
A: That all depends on how quickly we reach our target number of Rentals and how our traffic increases. We expect listing will be free at least through Aug 31st of 2008, possibly through the end of 08. Remember, as long as you list your vacation rental with us now during our Free Advertiser Drive, you will be eligible for our Lifetime Member discount.

Q: I have multiple Vacation Rentals, or I am a property manager for many Vacation Rentals. Can I have more than one free listing?
A: Absolutely. You can have 1 listing for every property you have.
