Daily, weekend, or weekly rentals. 3 bdr, 2 baths, full kitchen, sleeps 6, weekly $500, daily $105, 3 day weekend $250, or monthly rental $2000.
There is a $50 Cleaning Fee and a $200 refundable security deposit which is held against any damage or breakages during your stay. When (the owner’s representative) gives us a satisfactory report, the security deposit is returned to the renter within a week (7 days) of your departure via PayPal.

Second bathroom is between the two bedrooms. There is one half bathroom near the living room.
The bathrooms will contain towels and toilet paper. The entire facility has both hot and cold water. Each room has a free standing fan.
The master bedroom is the only room in the apartment that has an air conditioner.
During the evenings (June - August)it is cool and breezy. Great ventalation throughout the entire apartment that the wind closes the doors, you must use a door stopper to prevent the doors from closing. There are two small color television sets in the bedrooms.
The Kitchen is fully furnished with the following:

Property Features
Building is white and brick color. It is an extremely sunny, cheery, warm, happy and well ventilated apartment. The interior is spacious and a furnished apartment in a contemporary style. The master bedroom
contains a queen size bed and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin size foldable beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed for an additional one or two people can sleep. There are large closets in all the bedrooms along one wall for suitcases and clothes storage.
The apartment has only one air-conditioner in the master bedroom.
All the rooms have fans. Let this not discourage as you. You will notice throughout the day that the nice breeze and wind ventilate the entire apartment. In the evenings with the windows open you will feel a cool breeze that will allow you to comfortably sleep.
Linens and towels are available. A fully equipped kitchen with
microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils, are provided. There is a washer and dryer. There is a stereo in the living room. The master bedroom has a color TV.
