The house is the third house from the beach and is less than 200 feet from the beach access and the sugar white beaches of Cape San Blas.
This three bedroom, three bath home has been lovingly decorated in bright and cheery tones and features custom window treatments, hand-painted furniture, and accents. The home is fully carpeted for your comfort with the exception of the entry foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms that boast ceramic tile.
Located on the first floor are the bright, open living and dining areas, and overstocked, gourmet kitchen which all afford beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the numerous large windows. Step outside to the over-sized deck for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets. We have added a screened deck on the first floor deck!! This adds another place to relax after a fun day at the beach or pool.
Also located on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen bed, equipped with TV and full bath.
The second floor consists of the "Bunk Room" with two sets of twin bunks, a full bath, lounging area, and the master bedroom. The large master bedroom features a king bed, TV and VCR, walk-in closet, private bath, and a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico for those quiet stolen moments stargazing and watching the beautiful sunsets.
The over-sized lower level laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as the second, full-size refrigerator. Outside there is the wooden deck with picnic table and large gas grill. Available for your use are a highchair, potty seat, step stool, and a baby security date. There are also tons of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon for transporting weary little ones home from the beach.
The newly installed private, in-ground pool, means there is something for everyone whether your family like’s the beach, pool, or both. The private pool is 14' x 28' and 5.5' deep, fiberglass pool.
The pineapple has long been known as the symbol of hospitality. We have named our house the Pineapple Plantation and created a home with your comfort and pleasure in mind in the hope that your family will create many wonderful vacation memories on Cape San Blas as ours.

Outside gas grill, enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, two decks. Games, movies, DVD player, VCR's and movies, books, all the cooking utensils ever needed are provided.
This house has 4 TV's, 3 VCR's, 1 DVD player, and stereo in the family room with outdoor speakers on the enclosed deck. We also include two large, full-size refrigerators for all your extra food and drink.
Activities and Attractions
Beachcombing, watching gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, watching dolphins, swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, golf, bird watching, hiking, shelling. Rentals of all sorts of boats, toys and equipment are available nearby.
